An intimate and atmospheric recording studio in Bristol. Our professional-grade kit, unique design features and stylised interiors create a studio space that looks, feels and sounds good.

OCS is a fully-equipped Bristol recording studio fit for producers, engineers, musicians and creatives. Whether you’re working on electronic music, live recording or voice work, our professional-grade equipment allows you to record high-quality audio in a controlled environment.

Our studio comes complete with professional-grade recording equipment, a varied inventory of house instruments, and a team of in-house engineers from live and production backgrounds. Our uniquely stylised interiors create a one-of-a-kind setting for artists to create and collaborate. Old City Studio has been designed without the divisions of a traditional studio, allowing producers and artists to benefit from a clear line of sight. Kitted out with bookcase baffles, Edison bulbs, wooden floors and a Chesterfield sofa, the studio provides a comfortable and atmospheric setting for artists to create. Not all studios look great for creating content, ours does.

We have a modest range of outboard equipment and a plethora of digital plugins. There’s also a varied inventory of house microphones and instruments, including an acoustic piano and drum kit available for studio production, live recording, writing or rehearsal.
