About SpaceFind

SpaceFind connects those looking for space with those who have space available.

People can gain access to space for their space needs.

Owners with a postcode can activate their space on SpaceFind and offer different ways to access it.

we keep it simple, where it matters.

Why we built SpaceFind

Space is already all around us. Access is another matter.

A room can be empty while someone nearby is looking for exactly what it offers. A useful space can remain out of sight because it is known by another name, listed in another category, or simply never offered beyond an existing circle.

We search to find the space within.

Our starting point is the need for space, before the label attached to it. Somewhere to make something. Somewhere to bring people together. Somewhere to work, practise, store or build a business.

We believe people should have more ways to access space, and owners should have more ways to make it available. A one-off session and a longer-term arrangement are different needs.

Our ambition is straightforward: when someone needs space, we want them to see it through the lens of SpaceFind.

Space is more than its category

A studio can be a workplace, a teaching space or somewhere to rehearse. A room can serve different people at different times. What matters is whether the space fits the need, and how its owner can make it available.

SpaceFind brings those possibilities into one place. People can explore spaces by location and purpose, compare the details, and follow the booking or enquiry route available on each listing.

The possibilities are broad. The space find is precise.

For owners and operators, being found is only part of the picture. There is also the noise and cost that can come with organising how people use the space.

SpaceFind brings discovery together with listing, availability and booking tools. Owners can present what they offer and manage the ways people access it in one place, while remaining in control of their space and its day-to-day operation.

Our aim is to make participation straightforward and the practical work around it easier, whether someone is offering one space or running an established space business.

Make space available. Cut through the noise and cost.

Bristol is where this becomes real

SpaceFind is growing across Bristol and its surrounding area, through the people looking for space and the owners making it available.

We want SpaceFind to become part of how the city works: somewhere people turn when an idea, a project or an everyday need calls for space.

That also means working with owners on the ground. In-person support in Bristol and Bath is available by appointment, where suitable, to help with listings and booking setup.

SpaceFind provides the platform; the agreement to use a space is between the renter and the owner or operator. See our Terms of Service.
