UNIT7: Big Bright Warehouse Space

UNIT7 is a raw industrial warehouse on Parkway Trading Estate in St Werburghs. Inside, you get about 175 m² of open concrete floor, white brick walls and a high pitched roof lined with skylights, so the space is filled with natural daylight. The original steel roof trusses and an old overhead gantry crane with hanging chains are still in place, which gives the room plenty of industrial character.

The room is empty, so you can set it up however you want. Hang an exhibition, run a catwalk, host a supper club, shoot a music video or build a festival set. A roller shutter door lets you bring kit straight in.
