​Ground Floor Lounge

Our bright and flexible ground-floor event space is ideal for talks, workshops, screenings, networking events, team away days, social gatherings, karaoke nights and intimate live performances.

The room accommodates up to** 50 seated guests or 70 standing **and benefits from plenty of natural daylight thanks to large windows and Velux skylights. The layout can be adapted to suit a range of event formats, from presentations and panel discussions to private parties and live music.

Included in the hire is access to our laser projector, which remains clearly visible even during daylight hours, high-speed WiFi, and a professional sound system that can be connected to laptops and presentation devices. The room also features a house mixer with up to four audio inputs, and a DJ setup can be arranged in the corner of the space when required.

Guests can enjoy food, specialty coffee and drinks from Mickey Zoggs during their event, making the space particularly well suited to creative, community and corporate gatherings.

Lower Ground Floor

Our lower ground floor space is an intimate, versatile space designed for screenings, live music, club nights, workshops, private parties and creative events.

Available for exclusive hire, the space can accommodate up to 60 standing guests and offers a unique underground atmosphere that is ideal for both social and creative gatherings.

The room features a large projector for screenings and presentations, alongside a full club-standard sound system that delivers exceptional audio quality for DJs, live performances and listening events. DJ equipment can also be provided as part of your hire package, making the space well suited to parties, club nights and music-focused events.

Dynamic lighting helps transform the atmosphere to suit your event, whether you're hosting a film screening, workshop, launch party or late-night celebration.

The downstairs space comes with access to the garden area.
